How does AlignNeck Pro work?

AlignNeck Pro combines three therapies in one pillow: cervical traction gently stretches and decompresses your neck, constant-temperature heat relaxes tight muscles and improves blood flow, and 3-level vibration targets deep knots and trigger points. You can use Auto mode to cycle through all three, or Manual mode to control each function independently.

Is it rechargeable or plug-in?

AlignNeck Pro is plug-in powered. This is by design — plug-in power delivers full, consistent performance every session without batteries degrading over time or dying mid-use. The power cable is generously long so you can use it comfortably on your bed, couch, or floor.

How long should I use it per session?

We recommend 10–15 minute sessions, up to 30 minutes maximum. The built-in auto shut-off activates at 15 minutes for safety. You can restart immediately if you want a longer session.

Is it safe?

Yes. The 40° traction angle is designed for safe, passive stretching — it doesn't force your neck into uncomfortable positions. The constant-temperature heat maintains a steady 104°F (40°C), which is warm enough to relax muscles without risk of burns. The auto shut-off prevents overuse.

What's the difference between Auto and Manual mode?**

Auto mode cycles through vibration, inflate/deflate (traction), and heat in a preset sequence — great if you just want to lie down and relax. Manual mode lets you turn each function on or off independently and adjust intensity levels, giving you full control.

Can I use it while sleeping?

We don't recommend sleeping with it on. Use it as a pre-sleep routine — 10–15 minutes before bed helps release the day's tension so you sleep better. The auto shut-off is a safety net, but it's designed for active use sessions.
